- Evaluate the latest legal and regulatory developments surrounding the collection, use, disclosure, and commercialization of health data for analytics and other business purposes;

42 C.F.R. Part 2 Final Rule: One Year Later
It has been a little over one year since the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) published final changes to 42 C.F.R. Part 2, which requires Part 2 Programs to implement special protections for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment records. In this session, we will briefly revisit the 2024 Final Rule before exploring common questions surrounding the implementation of the rule’s enhanced protections.
