CEUs are accepted from programs sponsored by AHIMA national offices and the state or regional AHIMA branches.

One hour of instruction is worth one CEU. A certificate of attendance or completion is necessary to show participation.

Is your course listed under “My Courses“?

If YES,

  • Click on the link to your course that can be found under My Courses.
  • After you have clicked on the course name, then go to the bottom of the page and you will see a heading “Course Content“. Click on the course name under the heading “Course Content“.

  • If you do not see “Course Content” at the bottom of the page or “Start Course” on the blue button on the right side of the page (see screenshot) then you will need to refresh your browser. Learn more about refreshing your browser.

  • After you refresh your browser, then you should see the blue button labeled “Start Course” or you should be able to click on the course name under “Course Content“.

If NO,

  • Have you received the access instruction email from KnowledgeConnex? If no, then you will receive an email within 2 business days from purchase date with instructions on how to access your course. Contact us if you need further assistance.

  • Has it been greater than 60 days since you were granted access to the course? If yes, then your course has expired. Contact us to extend your access to the course.
  • Are you signed in?

  • Have you clicked on EACH LESSON in the course?
    If no, then your CE will NOT appear under My Certificates unless your have accessed each of the course lessons that appear under the Course Content.

  • When you click on a certificate, the certificate will either automatically download or will automatically appear. This will depend on your browser.

There are 2 ways to change your password:

1 – You can select “forgot password” on the sign in page.

2 –  If you are signed in, then go to your account name in the upper right corner.

Select “Account” and then select “Login Information“.

First, you need to be connected to that individual.

Send the individual a connection request.

Once the request has been accepted your connection request, then you will see an envelope icon next to the individual’s name.

A “connection” is a like a Facebook friend request or a connection on LinkedIn.

To connect with someone, click on the icon shown below.

A message will then be sent to that individual. The individual can accept or reject your connection request.

Once the individual has accepted your connection request, you will then be able to send messages to that individual.
