Jennifer brings over 25 years of health information experience to her role as the Director of Client Relations and Strategy with Haugen Consulting Group. Prior to joining Haugen, she spent over a decade in operational roles, successfully building and managing teams through complex projects and implementations. She is well-versed in HIPAA privacy and security, as well as workflow analysis. Jennifer has held numerous Board positions with CHIMA and enjoys mentoring and networking within the HI profession. In addition to her professional work, she is currently pursuing her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University (WGU). As both a professional and a student, Jennifer brings a unique perspective that bridges real-world application with ongoing academic insight.
