Dr. Tricia Berry has over 30 years of experience in higher education and in healthcare. She currently serves as the Director of Undergraduate Clinical Affairs for the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University. Trish holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning, and Bachelors’ degrees in both Occupational Therapy and Psychology. She is active in multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education, the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, the International Leadership Association, UPCEA, IACET.
