Dr. Tiffany Reeves is a healthcare revenue cycle and health information management leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning coding, clinical documentation integrity, DRG validation, revenue integrity, and healthcare technology. She currently serves in a leadership role at Accuity Healthcare, where her work focuses on DRG validation operations, client strategy, coding and documentation quality, and the integration of technology into complex revenue cycle workflows.

Dr. Reeves earned her Doctor of Health Administration degree in 2026. Her doctoral research examined the integration of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning into DRG validation and revenue cycle workflows, with particular emphasis on accuracy, operational performance, human oversight, and responsible technology adoption.

Throughout her career, Dr. Reeves has worked across healthcare organizations and technology environments, bringing together operational, clinical, financial, and technical perspectives to address revenue cycle challenges. She has a Master’s Degree in Health Leadership, holds the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) credentials, and is passionate about advancing the role of HIM professionals as healthcare organizations navigate an increasingly technology-driven revenue cycle.
