Ms. DeConda’ s career has been spent solely in healthcare beginning as many of you, as the check in receptionist at an urgent care, and was able to have progress through her career that included medical assisting, respiratory therapy, practice management, billing and denials support, practice liaison, in-office practice coding/auditing/educating, and 16 years ago Shannon DeConda’ s career path led her to establish NAMAS, the National Alliance of Medical Auditing Professional.
