Most recently, Dr. Swafford has stepped away from corporate roles and has cofounded 2 startups. Both are committed to rural health and data integrity in SDOH data collection. Dr. Swafford is a life-long learner and continues to create solutions for gaps that can be solved.
In her non-work time, she enjoys family time, participating in church and ministries, traveling anywhere with easy travelers, many outdoor activities, and doing just about any adventure that sounds fun if given the opportunity.
