Rachel Mitchell serves as Vice President of End-to-End Coding Operations at Corrohealth integrating both global and domestic coding models servicing clients all over the US.

Rachel holds her bachelor’s degree in health information management and is a Registered Health Information Administrator. With more than 25 years of healthcare coding and auditing experience, Rachel is a coding subject matter expert, and holds several coding certifications, including CIC, COC, CPC and is also an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10 CM/PCS Trainer. She has presented advanced coding presentations to AHIMA, AAHIM, Lorman Education, AAPC and HFMA.

Rachel is also a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative and has extensive knowledge of revenue cycle process improvements in several areas including, Patient Access, Patient Financial Services including Denials and Appeals, HIM including Coding and HIM management, Revenue Integrity including Charge Capture and CDM reconciliation.
