Kristen McHenry

Kristen McHenry is the Director of Government Relations at Allina Health, where she is responsible for policy development and external relations for Allina’s state and local government portfolio. Kristen also oversees grassroots advocacy and serves on various external committees on behalf of Allina Health. She brings over 15 years of experience in government affairs to the team. Prior to her tenure with Allina, Kristen worked for the Minnesota Hospital Association as well as the Minnesota State Senate Majority Leader managing a variety of issues. 

Kristen attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where she studied Political Science and will receive her Healthcare MBA from the University of St Thomas in May 2022. Outside of work she prefers to be outdoors or traveling with her friends and family. Kristen lives in Hudson, WI with her husband and daughter.
