Erin Head, MBA, RHIA, CHDA, CCS, CHTS-TR is a thought leader on Information Governance (IG) and Health Information Management (HIM). She holds the credentials of Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified Health Data Analyst, Certified Coding Specialist, and Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist in addition to a Bachelors in Health Information Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Erin is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She came to Iron Mountain in 2020 as a Senior Healthcare Consultant following a successful career for over 15 years in Health Information Management, Coding, Medical Staff Credentialing, and Quality Resource Management leadership in hospitals and physician office settings.
