Donna has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, first as an LPN (12 years) then most recently in the Health Information Technology field for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree from the University of Cincinnati. A couple of courses she currently teaches includes introduction to the Health Information Technology career path, organization and supervision in healthcare, and reimbursement for services rendered in an outpatient setting.

Donna currently holds a board position of Director of Education for Ozarks Area Health Information Management Association (OAHIMA).
