Overview
ICD-10 changes begin with CMS’ fiscal year in October, yet the outpatient setting regulations are implemented at the top of the calendar year. As a result, your hospital outpatient and physician clinic staff have to react quickly as these changes are effective January 1st and seldom released or defined before November. Join this session to learn the CPT and EM changes that you need to be aware of, as well as highlights of the Prospective Payment System (PPS/APC system) and Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Final Rules which have a significant bearing on your practices.
