She has been responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the 200-person Health Information Department at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, CA for more than 15 years. She has also worked with multiple consulting firms that specialized in healthcare revenue cycle improvement & information management. Her experience in all sizes & types of organizations has included consulting, workflow efficiency & redesign, outsourcing & the leadership of departments. Thea is a newly elected director on the AHIMA Board.
