Kyle Sherseth, CHFP

Kyle Sherseth, CHFP, is Vice President of Advisory Services at nThrive. In his role, Sherseth lends his reimbursement expertise to strategic pricing reviews that protect and improve client revenue, while increasing the defensibility of Charge Description Master (CDM) pricing. He offers over 10 years of experience in revenue cycle optimization, insurance reimbursement validation, and CDM management. Sherseth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  

Megan Benton

Megan Benton has over 10 years of Revenue Cycle experience beginning as an emergency room registrar. She is currently a Sr. Manager on the nThrive Business Health Advisory team. In her current role Megan leverages this experience to execute a data driven approach for identifying opportunities and improving outcomes. Megan served on the planning committee for the Arizona HFMA Chapter HERe conference 2017. Most recently Megan co-authored a three-part series on “Revenue Cycle for the Imaging Leader” in AHRA. 

Daniel Ostrovsky, MD, FAAP, FACP

Dr. Ostrovsky is the Clinical Educator and Core Faculty of the Duke University Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Combined Residency Training Program. He has been the Lead Physician Coding Liaison for the Department of Pediatrics since 2012. In this role he is a champion for effective, efficient, and compliant physician documentation and correct coding and charge capture. He regularly works with compliance, coders, revenue managers, physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students to improve understanding of issues surrounding coding through collaborations and educational presentations. He also advocates for appropriate payment of CPT codes through his work as a member of the NC Pediatric Society Council.

Kyle Kobe

Kyle Kobe is the Vice President Consulting and Analytic Services of nThrive. Kobe is an authority on the measurement, planning and improvement of the physician economic enterprise including group practices and clinics, academic centers and faculty practice plans, and hospital-based & employed physicians.

Kobe began his career in health care as a consultant with Phase 2 Consulting, a firm specializing in health care management and economics. He is an industry leader in defining economic relationships and building physician-hospital alignment financial models as well as an innovator in population health management tools.

John Garrett

John Garrett is Vice President, Advisory Services. John has worked for nThrive for ten years during which he has redesigned business processes and implemented revenue cycle software for several large, multi-facility hospital networks. In his current position, John leads nThrive’s Advisory and Revenue Cycle Opportunity Identification teams. John offers more than 14 years of experience working in consulting and technology implementation roles across the Revenue Cycle. John has worked with nation-wide healthcare organizations, local hospital organizations, and complex physician practice groups across the country including Siemens Healthcare and Huron Consulting.

Moshe Starkman

Moshe Starkman is the Senior Director, Value-Based Reimbursement at nThrive, specializing in value-based reimbursements with an emphasis on MACRA and bundled payments. He is an accomplished small business owner and popular public speaker. He has over 20 years of experience as a software architect and has developed solutions for several medical societies, the United States Postal Service, a team of former FBI investigators, and two leading presidential campaigns. Between his knowledge of the industry and his technology savvy, Moshe is a sought-after leader in the transition to value-driven health care throughout the U.S.
