Worked with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate individuals, create and carry out a plan-of-care, and ongoing assessments through treatment plan. One 9-month contract was with a school district on an Indian reservation in Arizona. Traveling assignments in and surrounding metro areas including Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and Columbus, Ohio. Specialized in sensory modulation, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and AMA modifications for work and home.
Bachelors of Fine Arts in Industrial Design and member of Industrial Society of America. Design-thinking and the process of how to make an idea tangible is invaluable to create, modify, and shape the path for desired behavior successes at work, home, and community environments. Additional applications include ergonomics and sensory regulation.
Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Optimal Performance Training (OPT) assessments, training concepts, and program design to provide clients virtual fitness.
Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition to understand evidence-based nutrition coaching strategies that is client-centered. Currently working towards Level 2.
