This course is designed to provide an understanding of a Level II Trauma Center’s performance improvement process and how they integrate taxonomy into their performance improvement process.

Learning Objectives:

• The participant will be able to describe a tiered PI process.
• The participant will be able to identify the components of an effective PI tool.
• The participant will understand one trauma center’s process for entering taxonomy in Pav5.
