JJ Crumbley

JJ Crumbley is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who serves as the Director, Project Management & Operations at YES HIM Consulting, Inc. JJ has 9 years of experience integrating project management and client-centered consulting skills to deliver comprehensive solutions specific to our healthcare industry’s needs and challenges.

Prior to joining YES HIM Consulting, he worked for a nationwide Hospital and Emergency Medicine staffing company named Schumacher Clinical Partners as well as a large multi-hospital healthcare system in Tampa, FL named BayCare Health Systems. JJ has experience managing and executing on high-level hospital and health system initiatives including project management activities, strategic planning activities, Clinical Documentation Improvement implementations, large-scale CPOE activations, inventory and finance management, and Cerner EMR management. JJ holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Elizabeth Kelly

Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from the University of Central Florida. Elizabeth has 25 years of experience in acute care facilities, with a variety of roles within the acute care setting ranging from Transcription Manager, IT Project Manager to HIM Director of a 320 bed acute care facility. She is an experienced leader in HIM with an excellent record of successfully managing multiple facilities volume and operations including JCAHO, coding, cancer registry, medical library, accredited CME program, transcription, as well as privacy officer.

She has extensive experience with health information management technology, particularly in the areas of electronic health record, transcription, dictation, CDI and coding, and has expertise in implementation of computer systems for Health Information Management. She was named Outstanding New Professional and Outstanding Professional by FHIMA and served as Committee Chairman on several FHIMA committees. Elizabeth is a member of AHIMA and past President of SWFHIMA.
