Overview
Do you know your strengths, core values, skill sets, or relationship value?
It’s important that we take the opportunity to reflect on who we are, what we contribute, our relationship capital, and where we want to be.
Have you ever asked yourself these questions: What do I do well? What should I do more of? How do my peers perceive me? Does my employer align with my values?
Allowing ourselves to answer questions like these provides great insight for us on several things we can do to measure our growth and development.
