We will review the documentation and pinpoint required elements that are necessary for proper code assignment. In addition we will review alternative approaches, C-codes, bundled procedures, and add-on codes. Sample operative reports will be provided and attendees will be encouraged to dissect the documentation in order to arrive at the proper CPT codes.
