Arthur Salazar is an Investigator with OCR, Midwest Region- Kansas City Office. He started working for OCR in 2012 and has worked in both the Chicago and Kansas City Offices of the Midwest Region. Arthur investigates alleged violations of HIPAA and civil rights law. He routinely provides technical assistants to covered entities and complainants, as well as insuring corrective action in his investigations. Arthur previously was a hearings officer for the state of Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (J.D., 2010).
