Hannah has worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years. During that time she was introduced to billing and coding and met a mentor who encouraged her to obtain her CPC. She is new to North Carolina, she and her husband relocated last spring from St. Louis. There, she worked for Washington University School of Medicine as a Medical Coder. Hannah currently works for Duke University Health System.

Her areas of interest include; abstract coding, denial analysis, clinical documentation integrity, and patient safety and quality improvement.
