Joan L. Usher, BS, RHIA, ACE, President of JLU Health Record Systems is a nationally recognized expert in the field of hospice & home health coding. Joan is an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer. She has a degree in Health Information Management (HIM) and has been consulting for over 30 years. Joan has served on the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts Board of Directors for over 9 years. Usher is also on the Board of Director for the Home Care alliance of MA and a past president of the MA Health Information Management Association.
