At all levels of health care leadership and practice, people who are trained in key Lean principles are better prepared to help transform their practices during a time of crisis when agility and optimization are mission critical.

In addition to introducing Lean Six Sigma principles, this session will review a case study where nThrive has synthesized lean methodology and industry knowledge to better operationalize our hospitals. In doing so, we ensure that their patients receive the best care and payment options provided by federal, state and county programs.

Finally, we will highlight the trends of US health care in a “post-COVID-19” world, covering how Lean methodology will continue to be utilized in the accelerating shift towards value-based care.
