Kris Knight has been a Coding and QA Operations senior leader, Client Services, Project Manager, and HIM Consultant at nThrive. In these roles, Kris has provided HIM operational assessments, client management, as well as project management services.
Ms. Knight has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining nThrive in 2004, Kris held HIM Director and Manager positions in healthcare organizations. As an HIM professional, she has a core competency in revenue cycle improvement projects. She has a record of consistent accomplishment in directing cost-efficient department operations and improving employee accountability and productivity. She is a motivated self-starter with strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills. As a business management consultant, Kris has developed a Client Services Program for a small information technology firm in the public health sector. Additionally, she led a small outpatient health organization’s transition through a merger with a larger entity that was part of the same national delivery system.
