Kris Ellis and SAM! Farrell have enjoyed working together for over 2 decades. Both began their careers as recruiters loving the staffing industry and grew over the years into successful leaders. Kris and SAM! are known for having great team cultures and for developing long-term positive relationships with their consultants and clients. Kris lead a Clinical Research consulting and staffing team and SAM! lead the organization’s Health Information Management staffing business. Each business grew to over $100M and each were subsequently divested in 2012 and 2015. Over the years they supported each other, celebrated successes together and occasionally discussed the possibility of starting a business someday.
