1.0 – Organizational Management and Leadership
Elizabeth Penabades, also as known as “EP,” graduated from the Saint Petersburg College Business Program. She started her staffing career with BayCare Health System, working in Human Resources. She continued her passion for healthcare and staffing and joined Kforce in 2004. EP progressed with Kforce and led several groups within the organization. In 2015, as Kforce divested the Health Information Management business, she continued with the new entity, himagine solutions, continuing to build out the best in class recruitment team for 2 ½ years. She is known for her depth of recruitment knowledge, her ability to listen and cultivate long term relationships with consultants and clients. Today, EP has continued that direction with samstaff, a female-owned business, specializing in helping clients solve challenges by providing customized solutions for their hiring needs with contract and permanent staffing in HIM, Revenue Cycle, Cancer and Trauma Registry, and Clinical Documentation Improvement.
Kaydie Burris graduated from the University of South Florida with her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. She quickly thereafter started her staffing career with samstaff as a sourcing specialist| resource genius. Her empathic style drew her to recruiting. She has successfully built a talent pool of candidates and consultants who are dedicated and loyal to having her career assistance within samstaff. Kaydie is known for finding great talent with specific skills in harder to fill areas! She has helped candidates find both permanent and contract opportunities. She believes that she can help change the negative perceptions associated with some staffing organizations by being transparent and having excellent follow-up skills. During her samstaff tenure, she has learned an immense amount about the HIM field and looks forward to continuing to help Coders, CDI Specialist, and Cancer and Trauma Registrars find their “dream jobs!”
