Overview:
We are living and working in a disorienting time. We’re being asked to adapt and learn new skill sets quickly, work from home while dealing with all the demands of work, and also navigate a new workspace. Managing and working in this new environment can be challenging. This webinar will provide best practices for workforce members and managers. There will be time allowed for discussion with participants sharing how they are adapting to this ‘new normal’.
Participants will come away with an understanding of remote versus telework concepts and best practices for managing a remote workforce. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences with moving their workforce quickly to remote and telework status. Attendees will gain an appreciation of the responsibilities of managers and workforce members in this new environment.
