Optimizing the Human-Technology Interface for Revenue Management Improvement

In the healthcare industry, the RCM team is constantly on the search for ways to make their organization’s revenue cycle more efficient and cost-effective. This hunt often leads down the route of investing in technology. And while technology can greatly enhance the management of the revenue cycle, optimizing the human-technology interface is the single most beneficial investment a healthcare organization can make for RCM improvement. The success of a healthcare revenue cycle is contingent on the implementation of a simple yet fundamental process, education.
