Shikina Wills, better known as Kia, is a Healthcare Quality Improvement professional with over 15 years of experience in the Health care industry. For the past ten-plus years, Kia has been the Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization Director for Quality Insights, and for the past six years as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Baltimore County. Kia has worked in all healthcare settings from hospitals to Federally Qualified Health Care Organizations. She is known for her work in Population Health, Quality Improvement, and Health Policy.
