Mr. Vairo is the Chief Revenue Officer at Signature Performance in Omaha, Nebraska. He has served in this role since 2013 and is responsible for overall growth and development of the organization through leadership, budget management, and business development. Mr. Vairo has over 29 years of healthcare experience working with many of the nation’s most respected organizations, concentrating on revenue cycle and health information management solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. In addition, he was selected to attend Leadership Omaha which is a year-long program geared to developing effective community leaders who will strengthen and transform the community.
Mr. Vairo has been recognized by his peers as an industrious, determined individual having a strong work ethic, critical leadership skills and is able to assimilate new information quickly with a positive and responsive attitude which brought him great success within the industry.
During his career he has been an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA); he has served as President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Nebraska Chapter and is a past member of the National HFMA Chapter Advancement Team as well as the 2018-2019 National HFMA Region 8 Regional Executive. He is involved in the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA), Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals (TORCH), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Mr. Vairo is also an active member in his community with associations with the Ronald McDonald House Charities (Past President), National Multiple Sclerosis Society (received the 2002 & 2003 Corporate Achiever Award), and currently with March of Dimes, March for Babies.
One of his professional enjoyments is being a public speaker. He has been selected as key educational speaker at local and regional conferences where he has developed and conducted educational sessions to train conference attendees on industry topics.
Deborah Zeboskey, PhD, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P

Sierra View Medical Center, Porterville, CA
Ms. Zeboskey is the Director of Health Information Management / Chief Privacy Officer at Sierra View Medical Center in Porterville, CA. Sierra View is a 128 bed, hospital with $147 million in annual net revenues.
Zeboskey’s tenure at Sierra View is 30 years, with almost 40 years of experience in Healthcare Services and Health Information Management. She has established a successful record of success within the hospital establishing and monitoring standards of performance within HIM and ensuring that those standards are met. She is responsible for putting a program of education in place at Sierra View District Hospital for newly hired coders to allow them to become certified; this program became a standard for all departments that dealt directly with coding and or auditing of medical records.
She received her Bachelor of Health Information Administration degree; focus on Health Informatics at Walden University and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Health Information Technology; focus on Health Informatics. She received her PhD in Philosophy in Metaphysical Humanistic Science specializing in Paranormal Science. Mrs. Zeboskey has several certifications; including Registered Health Information Technician, Certified Coding Specialist – Hospital based, Certified Coding Specialist – Physician based, and AHIMA Certified ICD-10 Trainer. She is also an active member with several of the nation’s most respected organization including Healthcare Information and Management Systems (HIMSS), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) and Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA).
Sharon Barnicle

Sharon Barnicle, RHIA, is the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama. She has served in this role at Springhill Medical Center since 2018 with responsibility for oversight of Health Information Management, Case Management, Social Services, Business Office, Patient Financial Services and HIPAA Privacy and Security Program. Mrs. Barnicle’s career at Springhill Medical Center spans 15 years and includes other positions held such as Director, Health Information Management/Case Management/Facility Privacy Officer.
Prior to Springhill Medical Center, Mrs. Barnicle was the Director, Health Information Management/Facility Privacy Officer at the Centennial Medical Center, in Nashville, TN.
Mrs. Barnicle has been in the Health Information Management field for more than 25 years, with over 22 of those years in a Director of HIM capacity. She has an in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, specializing in Health Information Management, Case Management, Information Technology Systems and Revenue Cycle. She is also proficient in process re-engineering, achieving measurable outcomes, compliance, systems implementation, project management and revenue cycle management. Mrs. Barnicle has held the position of Privacy Officer in each of the facilities she has worked and has been project manager for several EHR system implementations.
Mrs. Barnicle holds her degrees in Health Information Management and Healthcare Administration. She is a member in the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), active in the state organization, Alabama Association of Health Information Management (AAHIM), currently presiding as President of South Alabama Health Information Management Association (SAAHIM) and Chairperson, AAHIM Webinar Committee.
Debbie Knochelmann
Director of Health Information Management
Marshall Medical Centers
Ms. Knochelmann is the Director of Health Information Management and the Privacy Officer at Marshall Medical Centers in Guntersville, Alabama. She has served in her role at Marshall since 2014 with responsibility for management of the clerical, coding, transcription, clinical documentation improvement, and privacy functions. Marshall is a publicly owned, not-for-profit hospital system with 2 hospitals and 9 outpatient locations. The hospital system was named by the Joint Commission as a "Top Quality Performer" among America's hospitals.
Prior to Marshall Medical Centers, Ms. Knochelmann was the Director of Health Information Services/Case Management and Privacy Officer for the 210 bed Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, Florida for 11 years.
Knochelmann’s qualifications are admirable with more than 40 years of healthcare experience focused in Health Information Management with more than half of her experience in acute care facilities. Her career responsibilities included all functional areas in the departments of Health Information Management, transcription, performance improvement/outcomes, risk management, case management, medical staff, medical library, and medical education. During her career, she has coordinated a Medical Record Committee, Quality Council, Joint Conference Committee, Resource Utilization Committee, Appropriate Access Committee, and Performance Improvement teams for attainment of compliance with Joint Commission standards, state/federal regulations, and organizational goals.
She implemented dozens of programs during her career including electronic completion of birth certificates at bedside, a clinical documentation management program, software for Master Patient Index clean-up, software for facility E/M levels for the Emergency Department, and implemented a case management program for transitional and Emergency Department case management
Ms. Knochelmann received her Bachelor of Science from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She also has certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator and Licensed Risk Manager. She was an active member of the UCF Advisory Board for the HIM Curriculum, advisor for the UCF HIM Student Internship program, and a Board Member for the Gilchrist Education Foundation. She has also obtained a green belt in Six Sigma.
