Sam Roods will address federal legislative, regulatory, enforcement, and policy trends affecting health information management, while Kyle Probst will review Minnesota legislative proposals related to medical record disclosures, fees, sensitive health data, and parental access. The session will also highlight practical compliance and operational strategies for ROI, HIM, privacy, and legal professionals.
