How do I access the CE certificate?
- Are you signed in?
- Have you clicked on the button labeled Mark Complete in EACH SESSION (page)?
If no, then your CE will NOT appear under My Certificates unless you have clicked on the button labeled Mark Complete in EACH SESSION that appears under the Course Content.
You must complete the entire virtual meeting before you will be able to download the CE certificate.
Once you have clicked on Mark Complete on all of the sessions, visit My Certificates to download your CE.
